The spec in the tarball is the spec file that is used for the Fedora
and EPEL packages.  If you're using either Fedora or CentOS/RHEL, I'd
use the packages provided there.  For Fedora, there's nothing to add.
For CentOS/RHEL, add the EPEL repository and pull puppet-0.24.6 from
updates-testing.
