James/Andrew,

I viewed the page source and found a hint to the problem.

<a href="http://reductivelabs.com/trac/puppet/wiki/GettingHelp";
title="Support">Support</a></li><li id="docs">
<a class="selected" title ="Documentation">Documentation</a>

The Support link is correct, the Documentation link uses the 'selected' class
but has no href.

On another note, I see the Get Started link directs to a https URL and Firefox
complains of an invalid certificate. Please change that to http so it's
unencrypted like the rest of the site.
