Hi Steeve! You're absolutely right! It's an IO setting problem. Prior
to setting the output in the I/O setting to default, I looked into
almost audio files and their output were showing output 1 2 stereo
Sanoisa, which indicated the engineer working on it previously used.
So I looked from top to bottom to find output 12 stereo, but couldn't
find any. But while I was typing up my mail, it occurred to me that I
hadn't checked the audio files IO individually after I had changed the
output in I/O settings under Set-up to default. As a result, I went
back to the system to fiddle with it again and I found the output 1 2
stereo this time around and picked immediately. Once picked and I hit
space bar, the audio file became audible. While trying to move to the
other, your mail came in, Steev and you verified what I'd just found
out. Thanks once again! I deeply grateful for your time, the
community's, and support. God bless you and all!

Yours truly
