Hi John, Mysterious indeed. By the way, you do not have to restart the computer or Pro Tools for PT to see presets. It's an automatic process. Perhaps it's something about the folder structure that is throwing your system off? Try moving a subfolder filled with TFX files to the root of that plug-in settings folder, delete the now empty subfolder and create a new subfolder. Move the TFX files to the subfolder and see if the menu shows up in the Plug-in Settings pop-up menu. Pasting those folders works for everybody else. Let's see if we can figure it out. Slau
