Chances are what’s happening here is your karaoke track has been brick wall limited to be consistent at -1db. Just turn the fader down on the karaoke track or use clip gain to Brin it down. So its hitting your master fader at around -12 db. So long as your master fader isn’t clipping you will be fine. To get headroom so you don’t clip your master fader just turn down the individual tracks. The individual track isn’t clipping as you are still below 0db.
