But that doesn't mean nothing'll work. I agree with what everyone's
telling you. Contact Focusrite.
Not even Sweetwater, since you didn't initially get it from them. I'd
just contact Focusrite directly.

bit code and as MacOS is 64it, it they are dropping support for 32bit
code in newer versions. Check the Focusrite website to see if they
have updated the drivers for your device. If you are using the
original Scarlet and not a Scarlet MKII however it may just be the end
