Well, you need to be in the Edit window and make sure the checkboxes are 
checked for clips selected in the timeline to also be selected in the Clips 
list. Show the Clips list and make sure your clips are continuous, otherwise, 
any edits will result in separate clips being exported for each edit within a 
track. Consolidate your clips first and then export. Your files will have 
numbers appended to them which you can later edit in the Finder if you don't 
want those numbers at the end of the file names.
