There are a few legit sites that had sound flower for download and while its not being developed anymore it still works. I do however have loopback and it works great in the use case i have tried but haven’t tried it in a DAW setting yet. But its been rock solid so i can’t imagine it won’t work.
Regarding Kontakt, They are working on an update as discussed previously that will allow it to self voice using system voice and if you are using one of their Contact ss series keyboard. Since all the knobs and buttons on the keyboard are already mapped to appropriate controls in Contact you can control contact easily from this keyboard. When you touch a button or knob on the keyboard it will announce what that button is assigned to in the current window of contact that’s visible and when you turn the knob or press a button it will announce the parameter change as well. While the demo was done using the stand alone player they said plug instances should work the same and last i checked their plug in instances were VST, AAX and AU, so it should work in all the Major DAW’s including ProTools no wrapper needed. hat For those not in the know, system voice is the voice the OS can use for announcements of all types. It has access to all the same voices as voice over and like voice over is set to alex by default. For example you can set the time to be announced every hour, half hour or quarter hour and that uses system voice. If you have keyboard commanders turned on and you press right option t to announce the time its also using system voice. You can set its speed and voices separate of voice overs settings in the System preferences Speech pane. > On May 24, 2016, at 2:58 PM, Slau Halatyn <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi Joy, > > I'd imagine it's the same kind of deal with the OmniSphere stuff.
