Hi, When clicking the track pad should I go into the menu or into the tool bar to the set of radio buttons? Does having the mouse pointer set to follow the voiceover cursor make any difference here as no matter what I try I am not able to see my Lion downloads? No need for a mouse. You already have a track pad. route mouse pointer, press 
Option and click the track pad.

What methods have you tried? Have you tried holding the Option key while 
clicking the track pad or mouse?
