I dit a fdisk, created a new primary partition, mkfs and changed the entry in etc/fstab to: /dev/sda1 /mnt/usb ext3
but i still have the same error at boot time mount: dev/sda1 is not a valid block device and still the device is mounted. If i manualy mount the USB-stick there is no error -- Knowledge in a databank,is like food which is in a deepfreeze. Nothing comes out better than what is initially put in.
