No, hard reboot does not fix the problem. I have tried tweaking BIOS settings to no avail. Thanks for trying. Anyone else?

I used to have this but hat was a long time ago, I suspected it to be a a setting in the bios that was causing it, try disabling some of the shadowing or playing around with the bios and see.
