How to run pspp 2.0.1 as batch in linux?

Hello list

When running pspp 1.41 I could run a batch job just by entering "pspp 
/filename/"

Version 2.01,installed from flatpak, works fine interactively but I 
can't figure out how to run it as batch. I'm running kubuntu 22.  
Perhaps somebody here will share the method. Thanks.
