Exporting PSPP .sav file as Excel .xlsx file

I’m new to PSPP. It seems to do everything I need except one: export a .sav 
file as an .xlsx file.  Wish this was as simple and straightforward in PSPP as 
in SPSS.
Is it possible to export a PSPP .sav file in any tabular format that Excel can 
read reliably?
