Thank you, Friedrich - I installed 1.6.2 in Macbook Pro and it fixed the 
problem 🙂 I cannot try it on Macbook Air yet since I do not have a permission, 
but will ask the IT person as soon as he is available. My big apologies - I 
should have tried this basic fix first! I just assumed PSPP on IT installed on 
my Air was an updated version, which was clearly not the case. Sorry to have 
bothered you and everyone else, and thank you again for your kind help!
