Older versions of PSPP for MSwindows are still available on:
  https://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/
I have no intention to remove these versions so I guess they will be
available for a long time. However as pointed out I won't be building new
builds. So the published builds are more and more outdated.

The reason that there are no new builds is that there is a change in the
PSPP sources witch makes it necessary to refactoring the procedures to
build the MSWindows binary. As I wanted to retire from the project anyhow
it was the natural time to stop with publishing my builds.

The decision which MSWindows version to support is off course to the
volunteer who offers his/her spare time to this work. Or the company who
pays for it.
For me it was very important to support less fortunate people. There are
large parts of the world where people can not afford the newest hardware.
Certainly not on schools for education of pupils. There are lots of
computers who have not the power to run a newer version as MSWindows XP,
and to my knowledge some of them run PSPP to teach pupils the basics of
statistics.

To everybody, feel free to create new MSWindows builds. My procedures are
published so you can take them and use them to get ideas how it can be
done. The latest release is downloaded more as 200.000 times from
sourceforge alone, so there is a demand.

Stay safe
