My goto is to google the exact error. When I google "ScriptIsComplex
wasn't found in gdi32.dll" I see articles like these:
https://www.reddit.com/r/cpp_questions/comments/ijbpbx/mingw_gtkmm_crosscompiling_for_windows_procedure/
https://www.mail-archive.com/pspp-users@gnu.org/msg04512.html
These suggest to me one of these:
1. There was something wrong with the compilation of PSPP
2. Your gdi32.dll is corrupt
3. You installed the 64-bit PSPP (probably this is not the issue)
I don't see any solutions, but I think PSPP might work fine on Windows
10. I also procrastinated in upgrading, but realistically W7 is dead and
shouldn't be used anymore.

Hi,
I (Win 7, 64) just installed PSPP without any problem but trying to
start it I get the error message as "ScriptIsComplex" wasn't found in
gdi32.dll.
This file exists in C:\Windows\System32 with version 6.1.7601.17514 dtd
21.11.2010.04:24.
Any hint?
Thanks so far
