This sounds like a known problem when installing the 64-bit installation package on Windows 7. If so, using the 32-bit package seems to work fine.
Windows 7 is obsolete now and we believe that some part of the installer toolchain has dropped support. (So it's not something that is going to be fixed.) -Alan On 2/24/2021 1:58 PM, Gallo Reynoso, Juan Pablo wrote: > Hi support for PSPP > I've just downloaded windows version for 64 bytes, everything goes > fine, but when I tried to open it suyas something about a dll that > cannot work, and do not open the program. > > "Can't find the start point of the procedure. > ScriptIsComplex in the library of dynamic link GDI32.dll." > > What do I do? > > Sincerely > > Dr. Juan Pablo Gallo Reynoso > Profesor/ Investigador Titular C > Centro de Investigación en Alimentación y Desarrollo A.C., Unidad Guaymas > Carretera al Varadero Nacional km 6.6 > Col. Mead, Ph.D. President, Talent Algorithms Inc. science + technology = better workers http://www.alanmead.org The irony of this ... is that the Internet is both almost-infinitely expandable, while at the same time constrained within its own pre-defined box. And if that makes no sense to you, just reflect on the existence of Facebook. We have the vastness of the internet and yet billions of people decided to spend most of them time within a horribly designed, fake-news emporium of a website that sucks every possible piece of personal information out of you so it can sell it to others. And they see nothing wrong with that. -- Kieren McCarthy, commenting on why we are not all using IPv6
