Brittani,
I would use one of the versions of the manual here:
https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/manual/
such as this one:
https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/manual/html_node/index.html
or the PDF version:
https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/manual/pspp.pdf
PSPP has capabilities, like GLM, that the graphical interface doesn't
express (this is also true of SPSS; for example, one cannot access
MANOVA from the GUI). But you can use syntax to perform a GLM analysis,
as described here:
https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/manual/html_node/GLM.html#GLM
The GLM command doesn't have any explicit support for ANCOVA and I've
never used GLM to perform the analysis, but these links suggest that
you're correct that it's possible:
http://www.theanalysisfactor.com/general-linear-model-anova-regression-same-model/
http://stats.stackexchange.com/questions/21229/difference-between-ancova-and-hierarchical-regression
Let us know if you have difficulty or questions using the syntax for
your analysis. If you do have problems, please identify the platform
(Windows, MacOS, etc.) and version (from Help > About) that you are
using. PSPP just releases a new version, 0.10.0, but aside from various
small improvements, I don't think it affects what you are doing.

I downloaded the recent version of PSPP and according to the manual I
found (link below), it should have an options for two way anova,
ancova, etc. However, I don?t have an option called ?General Linear
Model? under ?Analyze? where one could do an ANCOVA. I would
appreciate help with this.
