I don't know what A and B represent in your example. Fisher LSD compares the results for each group against those in each other group. So you get a table of group differences.
you can achieve this with a command similar to ONEWAY /VARIABLES= yield BY cultivar /POSTHOC=LSD. The ANOVA said there are significant differences, so I did a LSD FISHER test, to see with more details the differences, but I can't generate the table with the discriminated groups. I want to generate somethig like this: Cultivars Kg/ha Monsanto 32 32 A Monsanto 33 52 B Don Mario LS 31 A (In this case, Monsanto 32 and Don Mario LS didn't show significat differences in the yields) How I get this? -- PGP Public key ID: 1024D/2DE827B3 fingerprint = 8797 A26D 0854 2EAB 0285 A290 8A67 719C 2DE8 27B3 See http://sks-keyservers.net or any PGP keyserver for public key. _______________________________________________ Pspp-users mailing list Pspp-users@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/pspp-users
