Hi Abraham, I could open the attached csv file with psppire (the graphical UI to pspp that you have also used). However I am on Ubuntu and using psppire 0.8. I *guess* the problem might be that the path to your file contains some non-ascii characters. Try to put your file let's to C drive root. It could be a bug, but only Windows-specific one.
