Thanks Michael but it didn{t work. I saved from OO calc with UTF-8 formatting
as csv. Then I imported to pspp. In the preview of importing wizzard the
entries look ok but once they get imported, the encding is broken.
Any other suggestion?

Hello,
Windows don't like UTF-8. I *think* you need to convert your csv to a
utf-8 format. Openoffice can do it, and also notepad++ and vim.
