This bug was fixed some time ago. I guess the fix hasn't yet made it into
Ubuntu.You can work around it by simply ensuring that all variables listed under /DEPENDENT are also listed under /VARIABLES. The easiest way to do this is to click "paste" instead of "ok" then patch up the syntax manually and choose "Run".
