For a more detailed list, click on Help->About->Credits If I want to put some pictures of PSPP, some of the menus, on the citizendium article, I need permission. I saw a note on the pspp manual that pspp is copyright by the FSF, so could I find something there that gives me permission to use some pspp images, or should I ask someone? I don't think any special permission is needed to take screenshots. The manual itself is licensed under the GNU FDL, a copy of which is at the back of the manual. Similarly, the PSPP program and its source code is licensed under the GNU GPL which you can see by clicking on Help->About->License. So long as you abide by the terms of the respective licences, there's no need to get explicit permission, or even to notify anyone. Don't see the ^M character with notepad. Is there some other way I can see it and delete it, or should I just ignore? If it's not causing you any other trouble, I suggest that you ignore it.
