This file doesn't exist. I guess http://math.gcsu.edu/~jhs/pspp-iso.html <http://math.gcsu.edu/%7Ejhs/pspp-iso.htm> is the correct name. I would change the instructions a bit and tell users they should burn the file as an iso image and have a look at there cd burning software how to do this. Users could misinterpret the current instructions and just burn the file as file on the cd. That won't work offcourse. Have fun
