Hmmm....very interesting.  I see your point.  Reminds me kind of what I 
see in SpiceWorks, in terms of users voting to "spice up" (or down) 
answers, and the OP marks the Best Answer and Helpful Posts.  Maybe I'll 
have another look and reconsider.  The audience viewing this "forum" 
would NOT be a technical audience, so hence my trepidation.
