No, StackOverflow and the sister sites are not forums in the normal
sense. You ask specific questions, you get answers, and the whole thing
has a rep system designed to keep it all at a very high signal-to-noise
ratio. Very useful sites.

Developed on ASP.Net MVC as well, IIRC.
