The number one factor to keeping a relation together is for both parties to be kind to each other. Nothing else matters. Once you lose that, it's over.
A thread on Facebook had one woman proclaiming that she had all the power and that her husband would never leave because he was too weak. Great thing to say on a public forum. She should also remember that everyone has a breaking point.
