Hi Guys, I don't think the problem is "marriage", or "women" but rather "woman's liberation". My father was married to my mother for 42 years. He cried at her funeral and kissed her lifeless lips when it was time to close her coffin. He spent the next 12 years remembering, reminiscing, visiting her grave and even writing poetry in her honor. Then he was buried beside her. My sister and I had known our mother all our lives and we were somewhat bemused at dad's devotion to her. She was not remarkable, but she was not "liberated" either.
