It seems my mail server was misbehaving, which resulted in one of my replies never showing up. I edit the send copy of the reply, as new, and re-send it. Still it never showed up in my Thunderbird client. Anyway, I updated my server this morning, which required a reboot, so hopefully all is back to normal.
