Hi Folks, I use an application where a dbf file must be opened exclusively. Normally I have no problem opening files exclusively. But in this particular case there is a different behaviour when the application is build as an exe. Debugging the executable in the development environment shows that the dbf is opened in read only mode. Doing the same, without building the application and debugging in the project opens the dbf exclusively. I tried opening another dbf in the same place of the application and there was no problem at all after building the exe. For this particular dbf there is a different behaviour in the builded exe. I have no idea why opening this dbf exclusively succeeds in the project and fails in builded executable.
