Control Panel---> user accounts---> change user accounts configuration 
(sorry, I am translating from my Spanish language Windows 7)

Put the sliding control at the very bottom, the one MS says "not 
recommended"
Protect your computer with a good antivirus software, antimalware 
software, etc. And be cautions when you open your router ports.
That should do it
