We inherited an older VFP project so that we can look through the code to salvage some calculations we'll need for a complete rewrite.
The client would like to know what version the older program was, and we have screen files, prgs and project files. The people who wrote the original had never heard of comments. When I try to open the project in to VFP9, it brings up a conversion wizard, that goes through and tries to update all files, but doesn't say what it's trying to update from. Is there a simple way to tell what version the older source code was written in? -- Vince Teachout Senior Programmer/Analyst Recordables, Inc. 312-288-8566 _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
