Here we go:

http://www.bi.com/statement_regarding_totalaccess_server_issue

Len Silverston answering the questions, said:

"very unusual" "not" "memory storage problems"

“In my 28 years as a database management expert, running out of values
in a column in a table is very rare and very difficult to reach,” he
said. “To see this coming with what the designers had put in place would
be very difficult.”

Well, that seems to rule out FoxPro. Everybody knows about the DBF
limit, if it were that it would not be difficult to foresee.

Earlier in the article, Monica Hook admitted the M$ involvement, however.
