Hi Stephen, Yes, you would think. However, my itinerary "required" that paper tickets be *delivered* at a cost to me of some $29 and change. They were supposed to come in 2 days. Just a way to pad the bill? I put the order in on Thursday at 10:50 PM Eastern. They said 2nd day delivery. To me that is Saturday if they are 24/7. Sunday if they are 9 - 5. They say now that I should never mind that they didn't say "business day" that is what they meant. So then Friday is the first "business day" and Monday is the second? Don't be silly! Now they claim they tried to deliver at 3:30 PM Tuesday, and *Tuesday* is the second "business day", never mind that they told me Monday night they would be to my place at 7 PM. They didn't leave a note on the door so I have no idea if they actually did or not. Now they say they *meant* "by 7 PM, not *at* 7 PM. Like the cable guy. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ http://elect-pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
