Pete, You can't tell me that you don't know where to buy plane tickets from. And why are you worried about who regulates the site that you choose to use? Report them to the Better Business Bureau, if you are unhappy with their service but don't expect that anyone is going to ride to your rescue. You will need to handle that yourself. Or you could try writing Oprah but I don't know that she gives two shits about what happens to a cranky old white guy.
