Vincent:

if you really don't want to recompile the program, and if
you didn't protect the .EXE with Refox or another, maybe
you can patch the .EXE by modifying the original 

REPORT FORM YourRPT

to something like

REPORT FORM YourRP2

then you copy the report in the .EXE folder as YourRP2.FRX / FRT
For binary editing, I use XVI32 (freeware).

It's an ugly hack, but may work for you.
