That wouldn't help in this particular case, as I'd have to recompile the program (which was what I was trying to avoid), but it's a terrific idea if I ever decide to want to have the ability to override reports in the future. I could just set "CUSTOM REPORTS" as part of the path, and use sys(2450, 1) to have the app check the paths before checking the application for the report.
