Assaulted him!!! I saw in the video he was grabbing her wrist and she 
was twisting off, then she pushes him *away* and he strikes. She is 
pushing him away, repelling *his* attack, that does not sound to me as 
if she is *assaulting* him.
BTW, don't they teach you nothing at police academy? She's got thin 
wrists and small fingers, if you know how it's easy enough to get hold 
of a couple of fingers or apply a lock at her wrist. But I guess they'd 
rather train you at punching and shooting. Don't they.

I see. I guess that if you were a border patrol thug you would also 
shoot a 14yo boy in the head because he threw a stone at you. Wouldn't
