OK, the woman was 19 BUT she didn't know Greene, he just sat next to her in the computer lab and tried to pick her up. Incidental to his pickup line he called up some porn on his screen and asked her to look at it. That is *way* creepy, but is it a felony or even an offense at all? What kind of "porn" can you even get in a university computer lab? http://www.wltx.com/news/story.aspx?storyid=88430 He was arrested, but no indictment has been returned in over 8 months. With all this publicity he will never get a fair trial even if they do indict him. They may nail him for falsifying his financial statements to get a public defender.
