Well the unlimited data TURN-OFF from AT&T cannot help the situation.

Actually if Jobs were in an accident the company stock price would
collapse.  If Ballmer were in one well it might help M$ stock price to
rise.  In that Ballmer has not grabbed the reigns as a leader instead
he seems more of a pusher.  IMO at least.

The stealing code part, well all companies do that.  Just ask SCO for
their opinion.
