I'm feeling cheap. Just want basic phone and calendaring plus unlimited
texting. If this economy wasn't so damn tight, who knows...maybe I
wouldn't mind $100/month. Right now, I'm getting killed at $180/month
for 2 phones, but that's because I've got a 2100 minutes/month plan and
my daughter has the 2nd phone. I told her her phone contract is not
being renewed as of Feb 1 and she can get a Go-Phone or whatever. She's
had a part-time job for over a year and has to learn some
responsibility. I figure the Go-Phone is a good idea for that. ??

I hear a mixed bag -- some love iPhone, others say go for Crackberry.

I'd love to tie some sort of stuff into my apps to send SMS msgs out to
phones (which works with plain-jane phones I know), but it'd be great to
send PDFs or whatnot to phones as well. Still, that's for
biz-outward...for me, I can access my email via my computer for that.
And I've got movie players to play movies. And music players to play
music. I don't need my phone to do all that. I don't have that long
commute that makes this stuff worthwhile for some travelers.

So that allows you to hunt for the best price on products, if I'm
understanding you correctly?
