Thanks for the suggestion. I can see this working, but how does it work if
the JPG extends beyond the size of the band into which it's placed? Do you
just place it at the upper left corner of the topmost band and go from there?
Or am I missing the point of how this works?
By the way, I'd like to see the files if you could send them. It might
make my (lack of ) understanding of this feature clearer.

I have done a number of these and simply created a jpg file and filled the
page with same.
Be careful to make it truly a watermark. i.e. light colors etc
My most recent one is a "Dangerous Goods" certificate where I turned the
official licence into a Jpg file, and my app fills in the details on the
report, just like any other report
I don't if it will help but I can send you the 3 files (FRT,FRX, and JPG)
