Hi Ken

No, what I'm doing is printing existing pdf files. 

The customer needs to select a printer, select several pdfs and print
those to whatever it is they've selected without any further user
interaction.
The problem I have is that the default printer is being changed in
control panel but isn't used when I actually print. 

The initial post I sent over explains in more detail.

Tracey, interesting point that it may be ADOBE Reader which is causing
the problem. I'm fairly sure though that it also failed when I printed
text files using a right click print from Windows explorer.
