Heh-heh. Chickens are coming home to roost at long last.... I can't say I am happy with the ruling, but I have had concerns with the disopportunity of M$ miusing the XML patent once it was submitted, and now that it is approved. And I do not trust a M$ rep when he/she says M$ is not going (planning yet) to enforce the patent.
