We use Virtual PDF: http://www.go2pdf.com Not Free but for $90 for a single licence it has worked well for us for the past 5 or so years. We have a back office Fox app that does all the printing/emailing so only need one licence. When you set the report up for the Virtual PDF printer it creates a PDF with the same name as the report layout, in a folder you choose in the printing preferences for the printer.
