The market exists within a medium given by the laws of the state or the agreements between states. The last world's economic forum (Davos)(that's NOT dabo), where these agreements are cooked, failed to reach an agreement and one of the main causes was the one I explained in the previous post. I'd also like to point out that the lack of deficit does not mean you are doing good. To import toys and/or entertainment is not the same as to import machines for production and know how.
