Obviously there is some media coverage of it--- my "Pure Unadulterated Insanity" post and the link to Rep. Jaworksi's comments regarding the curious computer trading that precipitated the crisis are about the extent of it.
But official explanation? Well there is one: "I inherited this mess from George Bush, don't blame me."
