Michael, Blat will support other SMTP ports. If you use a hosted email service like Fastmail, you can choose your SMTP port including port 80.
Another alternative would be write a simple web script that collects the appropriate email fields and attachments and use the free, open source version of CURL.EXE command line utility to transfer your email properties to a web form.
