In addition to the hacking the VCX, I've found that sometimes the debugger appears to pick up the source out of my EXE, if it happens to be in the path when I'm debugging something. Deleting or moving the build out of the path seems to allow it to function correctly. The odd thing is I've only seen this on some systems but until I figured it out, I spent way too much time chasing my tail. Very frustrating.
