Heya, I have a lot of video (AVI, MP4, MKV, etc). I'd like to be able to play this video on my DVD player (or, more specifically, on my TV, which is connected to my DVD player), in addition to standard DVDs.
Basically, I'm looking for a DVD player that can play computer-based DVDs. I'm not talking about computer files converted to DVD format, but rather about (the equivalent of) DVD backup disks. The reason for this is simple: if I convert files to DVD format, I get, at most, something like 70-80 minutes of video. If I have them in standard backup format, I can get 12-13 hours of video on one DVD. (And then, after watching them, I can keep them for backups.) As far as I've been able to gather, there's no such animal, but it's entirely possible that I'm just not searching under the proper terms. Any help is appreciated, Joel P.S.
